The books you buy through our website will be physically delivered to you at your registered address. Orders can be cancelled if the book(s) have not already been shipped. To cancel, please email us at shop@trovebooks.in. The cost incurred to purchase the book would be immediately refunded through electronic funds transfer after deducting any courier charges.
Books are returnable within a period of 7 days if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing pages or supplements, or are defective in any other way. A return will be processed only if it is determined that the book was not damaged while in your possession, the book is not different from what was shipped to you, the product is returned in its original condition. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the book prior to issuing a replacement. In the case of damaged books, the cost of the book paid by the user will be returned in full via electronic funds transfer to the designated bank account of the user.
To track your order, open the email account used to place your order. Search for a shipping confirmation email from Trovebooks. If you have multiple orders or shipments, find the email for the one you want to track. Follow the instructions in the email to track your shipment using the tracking number.
